We have exciting news! NVA members can now access their benefits on the go with the NVA mobile app. Members can download it on Google Play (for Android users) and at the App Store (for iPhone users).  If you haven’t already shared the news, tell your employees today!

What can the NVA app do?

With the NVA vision benefits member app, users can:

• Find a vision care provider by location and view the amount of frames available to the user at $0 out-of-pocket cost, call the provider to set-up an appointment, and get driving directions. 
• Check benefit information on eye exams, eyeglass lenses and frames, and contact lenses.
• See the last time the benefit was used and the next time it can be used.
• View ID card.
• Access the NVA Smart Buyer® to learn how prescription dictates the choice in lenses and frames, the pros and cons of lenses and lens options along with estimated retail pricing, factors to consider when selecting frames, and more.
• Create and reset an account.
• Review the NVA member mobile app using the 5-star rating system to tell NVA what you think.

Some items to remember:

• Only active NVA member cardholder can access the NVA vision benefits member app.  Dependents cannot access the app.
• The app accepts the same username and password as the one the member uses on the NVA website.  If a member does not have an account, the member can create one on the app.  Username and password can be reset on the app.
• ID cards are available on the app for those clients that permit members access to the NVA ID card electronically.
• Find the app by typing “NVA Vision” in the search box at the online stores.
